Guitar store reviews from players across Europe
House of Guitars is a premium guitar store. We sell new and used electric and acoustic guitars, and we are building one of the largest PRS collections in Europe. Our customers are guitarists who look for high-end instruments and expert advice, and the Players’ Wall is their place to say how it went.
What House of Guitars offers
Reviews are easier to read when you know what the store does. Here is an overview of our services:
- Showroom in Hilversum: a place to see and try instruments in person.
- New and used guitars: electric and acoustic instruments.
- PRS collection: one of the largest PRS collections in Europe, still growing.

How to read guitar store reviews
A good review tells you more than whether the buyer was happy. When you read reviews of a guitar store, look for the following:
- Comments on the advice the player received, especially for high-end instruments.
- Remarks about how the instrument matched its description.
- Experiences with repairs or setup work, if the store offers them.
- Feedback from players in your own country or with a similar taste in guitars.
Visit the showroom in Hilversum
Reviews are a good start, but a guitar is a personal choice. If you can, visit our showroom in Hilversum to play instruments yourself and talk to our team about what suits your playing. Players who cannot visit can still get in touch with questions about an instrument.

Wow! An amazing team of people who love guitars! I bought my limited edition Wild Blue guitar from the House of Guitar. We had a great time visiting the shop while I was traveling through Netherlands. I spent about 5 hours just hanging out playing guitars.
Will and his friend were around celebrating opening their new store. Congratulations to House of Guitar and count me in as a returning customer for all my guitar needs.
