Description
This genuine PRS 5-way rotary switch is the type of pickup selector operated by a knob rather than a lever. Turning the knob steps through five positions, each giving a different pickup or coil combination depending on the guitar’s wiring.
A replacement is useful when the original switch has become unreliable or noisy. Rotary switches are wired with several connections, so installation is best left to someone experienced with guitar electronics. Check that this part matches your guitar’s model and year before ordering.
