PRS SE CE24 Standard Stoptail Metallic Gold: overview

This guitar brings the snap and response of a bolt-on guitar into an all-mahogany body for a warm, focused tone. It is now paired with the stability of a stoptail bridge. The result is classic PRS design and tone at an accessible price.

• Solidbody mahogany body with a shallow violin top carve
• Maple bolt-on neck with a rosewood fretboard and 24 frets
• Two 85/15 “S” pickups with volume, push/pull tone control and a 3-way toggle switch
• PRS stoptail bridge with brass inserts
• Gig bag included

Sound and versatility

The 85/15 “S” pickups and the push/pull tone control for coil tapping give you a lot of range from one guitar. You can go for classic humbucking growl or switch to snappy single-coil sparkle. The 3-way toggle switch lets you choose the bridge pickup, the neck pickup or both.

Playability and stability

The neck has a Wide Thin shape, a 25″ scale length and a 10″ fretboard radius. The fixed stoptail bridge offers consistent tuning and simple setup, which suits players who want plug-and-play reliability. If you prefer a guitar that stays in tune without fuss, a fixed bridge is a sensible choice.
