Description

PRS Signature Strings 011-049 DGT for electric guitar

PRS Signature Strings 011-049 DGT are electric guitar strings made by PRS in the USA. They are the original strings used on PRS guitars, so they are a natural choice if you play a PRS and want to restring it with the strings it was built around. The set costs 11 EUR and is in stock at House of Guitars.

Key features of PRS Signature Strings

Original PRS strings: the strings fitted to PRS guitars.
Patented PRS alloy: developed by PRS for these strings.
Nickel-plated steel: a common choice for electric guitar strings, used with magnetic pickups.
Fine carbon steel: chosen for a long service life.
Specially soldered string ends: for long durability.
Corrosion-resistant packaging: helps keep the strings in good condition until you use them.
Made in USA.

Who are these strings for?

These strings are made for electric guitars. They suit players who want to keep a PRS guitar close to its factory setup, and anyone who wants a set of high-quality nickel-plated steel strings from a well-known guitar maker.

Using them on a PRS guitar

Because they are the original strings of the PRS guitars, they are an easy choice when it is time to replace a worn set. Fresh strings generally give a clearer, brighter sound and better tuning stability than old, corroded ones.
