Description
The Mary Cries is a compressor pedal from PRS based on an optical design. A compressor reduces the difference between loud and soft notes, which can give a more even, sustained sound and help a guitar sit consistently in a mix. Compressors are often used for clean playing, funk and country rhythm parts, or simply left on to smooth out the signal.
Visit House of Guitars in Hilversum to try it with one of our PRS guitars.
- Effect type: optical compressor
