Choosing a high-end PRS Core guitar

The Modern Eagle V sits in the PRS Core category, which is aimed at players who want a premium instrument. With a three-pickup layout and two mini toggle EQ switches, it offers a wide range of tones. This is worth trying in person if you play several styles.

Because every guitar is an individual instrument, we recommend playing it before you decide. Our team can talk you through how it feels and sounds, and help you compare it with other PRS models in our collection.

Looking after a nitro finish

A nitro finish is a classic choice, but it needs some care. Wipe the guitar down with a soft cloth after playing, and keep it in its case when you are not using it. If you need a setup or repair, our workshop can help.
