Choosing an open back 1×12 cabinet

An open back cabinet lets sound leave the cabinet from the rear as well as the front. Many guitarists choose this design when they want a more open, airy feel in the room. A closed back cabinet usually sounds tighter and more focused, so it is worth thinking about the type of room and music you play.

Impedance: check that the output of your amplifier head matches the 8 Ohms of this cabinet.
Size: a 1×12 cabinet is a compact option for practice, rehearsal and smaller stages.
